Englewood Office Suffers Damaged Flooring from a Storm
The water intrusion from the storm settled in this area of the flooring in this Englewood office. The warping to the hardwood planks required removal and then a drying treatment for the plywood sheathing which was the underlay over the floor joists. These wetted areas needed careful drying to prevent mold and rot damage in the future. A portion of the wall was crumbling from the water, so that had to be cut out, the framing thoroughly dried and an antifungal agent also sprayed onto all the exposed, treated elements of this house. Storm damage can be more than meets the eye. Professional drying by our IICRC certified team limited the secondary water damage which greatly pleased our customer.
