Smoke and Fire Damage in an Englewood Garage
This garage suffered a fire when a can of gas was ignited by a thrown cigarette. The flames spread quickly, and the oily rags by the gas container contributed to a messy soot and charring of the roof joists to this flat roof garage. We used pressurized CO2 pellets to blast the burnt matter from the wood. This safe and non-chemical means of smoke & fire damage cleanup can be very successful when skilled technicians have the industrial grade equipment and training for this process. The second photo was taken before we finished the cleanup by wiping down the block walls and window. Since this garage was detached from the home, we then finished the job by running an ozone machine to purify and deodorize the air and improve the air quality of this garage. Do it right, with the right equipment and we save our customers money and inconvenience.
