Water Damage – Teaneck Office

Water damage at this Teaneck professional office was the result of a broken pipe above the ceiling. SERVPRO was called in to repair the plumbing and remediate the residual water damage. You can see the ladder in the before picture which was used to locate the source of the plumbing leak and then repair it. Also, the before photo shows some of the water damage to the offices from the water leak. We came prepared when we were summoned to this job site. We brought in water removal equipment to help clean up the water. In addition, we placed commercial air movers and dehumidification equipment at strategic spots to aid in the drying process.
