Water Damage - Teaneck Home

Water damage at this Teaneck home was the result of a water supply line carrying potable water in the second floor subfloor of the two-story home. When the pipe developed a leak, it ran down the structure of the double doors below. The trim work was damaged along with the structure of the door framing and the drywall on the first floor. When called in SERVPRO of Teaneck / Englewood would perform a complete assessment of the damage and develop a restoration plan. The restoration plan would be presented to the homeowner and their insurance company for approval. Upon approval, the unsalvageable building materials would be removed and disposed of properly. The source of the leak would be repaired, and then the rebuilding phase would begin.
