Water Damage – Teaneck Hotel

Water damage occurred at this Ft. Lauderdale hotel when a sprinkler head in the fire suppression system malfunctioned dumping a substantial quantity of water on the floor pictured. There was standing water in the hallway and guest rooms. Our trained crew would first assess the damage and structure a plan for restoration. The first element of that plan would be to locate the source of the water and make necessary repairs or make arrangements to have the repairs completed. The crew would suction the water up from the hallways and rooms and then position commercial air movers and dehumidifiers to help dry all affected area.
