Water Damage to Englewood Home

Water damage occurred when a roof leak allowed a dangerous quantity of water to accumulate in the attic. When the weight became too great, the ceiling just collapsed onto the floor below. SERVPRO was called to clean up the water and the mess from the fallen ceiling material and insulation. We tore out what remained of the soaked drywall and insulation and collected and disposed of the debris. The carpeting could not be saved because the subflooring had become saturated and needed thorough drying. We placed air movers and dehumidifiers throughout the room to aid the drying process.
