Englewood Storm Resulting in Damage

We were called in to remove the standing water from this lower level split home in Englewood that was victimized by storm water. The water wicked up one wall, so we cut out the storm-damaged drywall as we extracted the water from the carpeting. This flooring material was not salvageable and was also tossed in the dumpster. We placed the air movers and dehumidifiers to eliminate excess moisture before sanitizing and deodorizing all affected regions of this home. We closed up the wall and verified that the home was back to normal range moisture content and air quality. This finished work returned the damaged area to an even better condition, and the homeowner was very happy.
